This project, emerging from Meta’s newly formed Superintelligence Labs, goes far beyond the "legless" avatars of the early Metaverse. The AI is being fed Zuckerberg’s voice, mannerisms, tone, and most importantly, his latest strategic thinking. The goal is to make employees feel "more connected" to leadership, even as the company flattens its management layers.

The controversy hit a boiling point after users documented a perceived 67% drop in "thinking depth" since February. This isn't just a "vibe"; professional developers are reporting:

Claude is increasingly getting stuck in repetitive reasoning cycles or suggesting the "simplest possible fix" rather than deep architectural solutions. Models are finishing edits without actually reading the provided files or skipping critical instructions in the prompt. Users on the Pro and Team plans report that Claude "forgets" project context that it used to handle with ease just weeks ago.
